Cancellation Policy
• Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel their appointment for permanent makeup services.
• Failure to provide the required notice may result in a charge of 20% of the full service price.
• Late Fee: A $15 charge will be incurred for every 15 minutes a client is late to their appointment.
• Clients MUST be over the age of 18 and not pregnant to receive services.
• Clients will receive a confirmation message directly from the artist the day before the appointment, which they are REQUIRED to respond to in order to confirm and keep the appointment. Failure to confirm may result in the appointment being canceled. This confirmation is necessary and ensures the avoidance of no-shows.
• Clients may request to reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times before another deposit is required.
